Weather forecast
The Alps will be affected by northerly winds at high altitudes. Conditions will be better on the southern side.
Along the main Alpine ridge, particularly east of the Brenner Pass, there will be light snowfall at times. Further south, conditions will improve with north foehn, and the sun will initially shine widely; in the afternoon, only a few harmless clouds will drift across the sky.
To the east of South Tyrol, a low-pressure system is moving southwards towards the Adriatic Sea and is also having a marginal effect on our weather.
The day will be partly cloudy. Longer sunny spells are expected further west, with more clouds in the Dolomites. An easterly wind will pick up in the upper Puster Valley.
